PERI PERI SAUCE



INGREDIENTS:-
  • 4 fresh Jalepano(chopped)
  • 8 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp dreid Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp red Pepper


METHOD:-
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blende untill it forms a smooth paste.
  2. Then refrigerate the sauce for 20 hours to develop the flavours.
