Delicious !!! - Paneer Tikka's 
- 500 gm of paneer
 - One onion
 - One capsicum
 - One tomato
 - 2 tsp garlic paste
 - 1tsp ginger paste
 - 2 tsp roasted onion paste
 - 2 tsp chat masala
 - 4 tsp curd
 - 50gm butter
 - 2 tsp mustard oil
 - Red chilly powder
 - Salt to taste
 
METHOD FOR PREPARING PANEER TIKKA:
- Cut paneer into pices of width 2 cm.
 - Cut all the vegetables into cubes.
 - Heat the pan add mustard oil 2tsp.
 - Add roasted onion paste then add ginger and garlic paste in it.
 - Fry the mixture paste till oil separate from it.
 - Then add 4 tsp of curd and salt to taste into the mixture.
 - Then marinade paneer and vegetables with the mixture.
 - Keep the marinade paneer and vegetables in the refrigerator for 3 hrs.
 - Then arrange vegetables and paneer into the stick.
 - Then roast it in the microwave oven or in the grill pan for 5 min.
 - Then add chilly powder and butter into the half cooked tikkas.
 - Again roast for about 7 min. now your paneer tikka is ready to serve.
