Ingredients:
- 2 cups All purpose flour / Maida
- 15 gms Yeast
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
Steps / Method :
- Dissolve the yeast in warm water, and put sugar into it and wait for 10 minutes or untill creamy.
- Now combine flour, salt and 2 tbsp olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
- Then put the yeast solution into it and knead well until a stiff dough is formed.
- Now cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- In the mean time the size of the dough increases to its double.
- Then sprinkle some flour in a plate and roll the dough in it and divide it into equal parts for rolling.
- Now roll the dough to 1/2 inch thick and 10 inch diameter.
- Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes.
- Then brush the dough with olive oil and make small hole using knife as shown in the photo.
- And bake it in the oven for 8-10 minutes, remove the dough before the colour changes.
- Now the pizza base is ready to prepare pizza
