Delicious !!! - Kesar - E - Rasmalai
- 10nos Rosogollah
- 2 Litres milk
- Saffron few strands
- 50 gm Sugar
- 30 gm of Roasted almonds
- 100 gm of Khoya
METHOD:
- Soak the rosogollah in the hot water to make it soft and fresh.
- Now boil the milk for 15 min.
- Then add rosogollah and sugar into it.
- Then stir it slowly by adding saffron into it.
- When the milk gets tick then add khoya into it.
- Now remove the kesar rasmalai from the flame.
- Then refrigerate the rasmali's for 1hr.
- After 1hr add the roasted almond into it and serve the delicious kesar rasmalai.
