Chilli paneer
INGREDIENTS:-
- 250 gm Paneer/cottage cheese
- 1 Capsicum(thinly sliced)
- 1 medium sized Onion(chopped)
- 3 Green chillies
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chilly sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black peeper powder
- 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Corn starch/Corn flour
- 2 tbsp Maida
- Oil as required
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Chilly paneer masala
- 4 cloves crushed Garlic
METHOD:-
- Cut the paneer into cubes.
- In a bowl mix maida, cornflour and a little salt.
- Then add little water and make a batter of thin consistency.
- Now dip the paneer cubes int the batter.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the paneer till golden brown.
- Then heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add the crushed garlic, green chillies and onions and saute for a minute.
- Then add the chopped capsicum.
- Now add the fried paneer cubes and the 3 types of sauces into it and mix well.
- Then add ajinomoto, salt, black peeper powder and vinegar nad stir well.
- Cook for 5 minutes or untill the flavour goes inside the paneer.
