CHILLI PANEER

Chilli paneer



INGREDIENTS:-
  • 250 gm Paneer/cottage cheese
  • 1 Capsicum(thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium sized Onion(chopped)
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black peeper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Corn starch/Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • Oil as required
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Chilly paneer masala
  • 4 cloves crushed Garlic




METHOD:-
  1. Cut the paneer into cubes.
  2. In a bowl mix maida, cornflour and a little salt.
  3. Then add little water and make a batter of thin consistency.
  4. Now dip the paneer cubes int the batter.
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the paneer till golden brown.
  6. Then heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add the crushed garlic, green chillies and onions and saute for a minute.
  7. Then add the chopped capsicum.
  8. Now add the fried paneer cubes and the 3 types of sauces into it and mix well.
  9. Then add ajinomoto, salt, black peeper powder and vinegar nad stir well.
  10. Cook for 5 minutes or untill the flavour goes inside the paneer.
