Chicken Lababdar Recipe






Ingredients:
  • 500 gms Chicken
  • 2 medium size Onion(sliced)
  • 4 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 2 Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 11/2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Corainder powder
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 1 tsp Gram masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream



Steps / Method:
  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly in running water, and add little salt and lemon juice into it and mix well.
  2. Then heat enough oil in a kadhai and fry the chicken until tendered.
  3. Now heat 50 ml oil in a pan , put the sliced onions and fry until golden brown.
  4. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste and fry untill oil separates from it.
  5. Now put chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, corainder powder, mix well and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.
  6. Then add tomato puree, saffron and salt into it and cook for another 2 minutes in low flame.
  7. Now put the fried chicken, kasoori methi, garam masala powder into it and cook untill the juice enters the chicken.
  8. Then add fresh cream and butter into it and remove immediately from flame.
  9. Serve hot with fried rice, pulao and paratha.

Khoya Paneer Recipe





Ingredients : 
  • 250 gms Paneer
  • 100 gms Khoya(grated)
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Onion paste
  • 2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 2 Green chillies(chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Raw Cashewnut paste
  • 2 tbsp Cashewnut(fried)
  • 1 tbsp Kismis / Raisins(fried)
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Corainder powderThen 
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp Corainder leaves(chopped)


Steps / Method :
  1. Cut the paneer into square cubes.
  2. Heat enough oil in a pan, and deep fry the paneer cubes.
  3. Now heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and add the grated khoya into it and fry for 4-5 minutes in medium flame or till light brown, stirring constantly and keep aside.
  4. Again heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add ginger paste and green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add roasted onion paste, cumin powder, corainder powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
  6. Then put the tomato puree, raw cashewnut paste and salt into it and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Then put the fried paneer, khoya, garam masala and milk into it and cook until khoya mix in it.
  8. Now put the fried cashewnut, kismis and chopped corrainder leaves into it and mix well.
  9. Then remove the dish from flame and serve hot with paratha or naan.
