Ingredients:
- 300 gms boneless Chicken(1/2 inch cubes)
- 1 tbsp All purpose flour / Maida
- 2 tbsp Corn flour / Corn starch
- 11/2 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 1/2 cup Butter milk
- 2 Egg white
- 1/4 tsp Ajinomotto
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Oil as required
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 cup milk
Steps / Method :
- Wash the chicken thoroughly and marinade it with butter milk and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Then put oregano, chilli powder, paprika powder, ajinomotto, salt, sugar, garlic paste and mix well and again refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes add maida and corn flour into it and mix well and keep aside.
- Now whisk the egg white and milk in a bowl untill smooth.
- Then heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying.
- Then put the marinated chicken into the egg and milk mixture and then coat / roll it in the bread crumbs.
- Now put the chicken in the hot oil and deep fry untill golden brown.
- Then season the fried chicken with black pepper powder.
- Now popcorn chicken is ready to serve.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Macaroni
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 capsicum / Bell pepper (roasted)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Onions (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp fresh Corainder leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Steps / Method :
- Boil macaroni with little salt for 7 minutes or until tendered and then drain it.
- Chop the roasted capsicum / Bell pepper and put it in a bowl.
- Then add the lemon juice little salt, chopped onions and black pepper powder into it and mix well.
- Now add the boiled macaroni, myaonnaise, and chopped corrainder leaves into it.
- Finally add olive oil and mix well.
- Now the macaroni salad is ready to serve.
Ingredients:
- 500 gms Chicken
- 2 medium size Onion(sliced)
- 4 tbsp Tomato puree
- 2 Tomatoes(chopped)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 11/2 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Corainder powder
- 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
- 1 tsp Gram masala powder
- 1/4 tsp Saffron
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
Steps / Method:
- Wash the chicken thoroughly in running water, and add little salt and lemon juice into it and mix well.
- Then heat enough oil in a kadhai and fry the chicken until tendered.
- Now heat 50 ml oil in a pan , put the sliced onions and fry until golden brown.
- Then add ginger paste, garlic paste and fry untill oil separates from it.
- Now put chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, corainder powder, mix well and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.
- Then add tomato puree, saffron and salt into it and cook for another 2 minutes in low flame.
- Now put the fried chicken, kasoori methi, garam masala powder into it and cook untill the juice enters the chicken.
- Then add fresh cream and butter into it and remove immediately from flame.
- Serve hot with fried rice, pulao and paratha.
Ingredients :
- 250 gms Paneer
- 100 gms Khoya(grated)
- 1/2 cup Roasted Onion paste
- 2 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 2 Green chillies(chopped)
- 3 tbsp Raw Cashewnut paste
- 2 tbsp Cashewnut(fried)
- 1 tbsp Kismis / Raisins(fried)
- 1/2 cup Tomato puree
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Corainder powderThen
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp Corainder leaves(chopped)
Steps / Method :
- Cut the paneer into square cubes.
- Heat enough oil in a pan, and deep fry the paneer cubes.
- Now heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and add the grated khoya into it and fry for 4-5 minutes in medium flame or till light brown, stirring constantly and keep aside.
- Again heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add ginger paste and green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
- Now add roasted onion paste, cumin powder, corainder powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Then put the tomato puree, raw cashewnut paste and salt into it and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then put the fried paneer, khoya, garam masala and milk into it and cook until khoya mix in it.
- Now put the fried cashewnut, kismis and chopped corrainder leaves into it and mix well.
- Then remove the dish from flame and serve hot with paratha or naan.
